This is your invitation to pause, to breathe, and to grow.

"On Your Mark, Get Set, GROW" is a monthly healing circle curated for women ready to shed what no longer serves, reclaim their power, and bloom from the inside out. Each month we gather in intentional sisterhood—wrapped in ritual, herbal medicine, sound, movement, and soul-nourishing conversations.

Whether you're healing from heartbreak, facing life transitions, seeking deeper self-love, or simply craving sacred community—this circle is your mirror, your medicine, your soft landing.

• March: Acknowledging where we are — pausing, becoming aware of pain, trauma, stagnation, or grief.
   
• Get Set: Grounding — preparing the body, spirit, and emotions to release and shift.
   
• Grow: Taking aligned, spirit-led action toward healing, self-love, and purpose.
   

✨ Each Month Includes:

• A themed healing ritual or ceremony
   
• Guided meditation or breathwork
   
• Herbal tea + plant spirit connection
   
• Sound healing or light movement
   
• Journaling, reflection, and sister sharing
   
• Monthly growth challenge or self-care intention
   

This is not a place where you need to have it all together.
This is a place to be witnessed, held, and watered.
